Roy Innovation Center Bldg #1

The Roy Innovation Center Building #1 is an award winning, state of the art office that serves as the headquarters for the ground based strategic deterrent program.  This building is part of a expansive 900,000-square-foot campus that offers modern amenities, including a café, a spacious gymnasium, a credit union, and volleyball, basketball and pickleball courts. An aggressive schedule meant that the extremely extensive electrical scope for building #1 needed be completed in a mere ten months.  The TEC Electric team and its subcontractors worked overtime to meet the deadlines and change-orders despite materials delays and other challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
