This 146,425 square foot tenant finish project included 26,000 square feet of clean room space, with associated office, warehouse, and mechanical infrastructure.  A project this size would normally require more than a year to complete.  However, in conjunction with the federal government’s “Project Warp Speed” program, the facility was ready to produce materials integral to the US COVID-19 vaccine program in just 7 months’ time.  Accomplishing this feat included intense communication with suppliers and subcontractors and having the necessary qualified labor resources to maintain the fast-track schedule.  TEC provided power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and telecommunication services.
