USU Biology and National Resources (BNR) Addition & Renovation

This project was completed in two phases.  The initial phase included an addition to the existing building.  A 1,280 square foot mechanical room was added to the west exterior of the building with a 3,200 square foot entry and student commons area on the main floor.  The second phase was a complete demo and structural upgrade on the four floors of the north wing.  The medium volage electrical service was upgraded and a new back-up generator was provided.  There are teaching spaces, offices and research labs in this building and maintaining power, life safety systems and monitoring equipment to the occupied areas of the building was critical.
